Who's behind Swist?
In the beginning, there was a vision of two partners who wanted to travel without worries. This idea was brought to life by Václav Ševčík, who is behind Actis, a successful company with more than 15 years of history in the field of legislative automation, and Jakub Schinkmann, who runs Olinn, which provides its clients with comprehensive short-term rental management.
Today, Václav is in charge of the operation and direction of Swist together with Jakub Jukl and Karolína Juklová, the head of development. Together they are moving the service forward, even beyond the borders of the Czech Republic. Their synergy continues to create a friendly dialogue between property owners and travellers.
The result is a service that frees you from the less popular parts of the business.
